Single Shot Productions, LLC (“SSP”) is firmly committed to protecting your personal information and informing you about how we handle it. This privacy policy only applies to transactions and activities in which you engage, and data gathered, on the duelcasting.com site and does not apply to any other website or offline point of contact between SSP, duelcasting.com, or any other company, and the public. Please review this privacy policy periodically as it may be modified from time to time. Each time you visit the dualcasting.com site or provide us with information you are accepting the practices described in the privacy policy at that time.
In order to operate the site and to provide you with information about our shows or services that may be of interest to you, we may collect personal information that you submit (e.g. information that could be used to contact you directly, such as full name, postal address, phone number or email address). We may also collect additional information that you submit, which may include, but is not limited to, hometown, gender, username, age/birth date, answers to specific questions contained on the site and the content of communications between you and other members over the site. When we collect this personal information from you it is because you are voluntarily submitting the information to us in order to participate, or be considered for participation, in activities such as upcoming programs, chats or bulletin boards. We ask that you do not send financial information via email.
SSP may also share your personal information with third party companies involved in the process of fulfilling the purpose for which you have submitted your personal information (e.g. your desire to be an on-camera participant in a reality-based television program). Personally identifiable information is available to our employees, agents, licensees, assigns, and contractors who have a legitimate business reason to have access to such information. Although we take commercially reasonable measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this policy.
Please note that nowhere on the site does SSP knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18, as we require that all users represent to us that they are at least 18 years old and are legally entitled to be visiting the site.
Additional Information
In the event that all or part of our assets are sold or transferred to another party, your personally identifiable information may be transferred to this acquiring entity. We may disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties in order to comply with legal rulings, law, law enforcement agencies, to protect our rights in or the safety of our site, or to protect the safety or rights of other users of our site.
You may inform us if you wish to remove your personal information from our database, and we will endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably possible. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall SSP be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of information or materials on our sites, even if SSP or an authorized representative of SSP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
